My car search was initiated online through Edmunds.com. I was looking for a Honda CRV and opened my search to seven other dealers including Williams. I was surprised how quickly I received a response back from Williams (Owen) including quick and accurate details for both a purchase versus buy options. My car buying experience was both painless and actually enjoyable due to the friendly nature of the salesperson Owen and the Williams dealership. Owen, went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted from another dealership trade and handled my paperwork completely. There were a couple of small issues which was very very minor in nature which required me to visit the dealership on multiple occasions but these were handled well based on my schedule availability, including a service call on a Saturday morning (unheard of at other dealerships I have dealt with in the past), in addition gave me the opportunity to see other great vehicles at the dealership. Owen exhibits a true caring nature for the customer and is not the typical pushy salesman who wants a deal versus ensuring the customer has the right vehicle fit. I was very surprised how much Owen knew about the vehicle he was selling which helped sell the Honda CRV as I was also looking at other competing vehicles. When its time to look for another vehicle I will be sure to seek out Owen first before I go anywhere else. Great job Owen Newkirk/Williams Honda dealership.

When I first called about this Silverado Owen told me it had already been sold. A couple days later Owen called me back and told me it was still available after all. He held the truck for me until I could get down to see it. The purchase went very smooth even though Owen wasn't there. He had Bill meet me in the parking lot and took care of all my questions and concerns. After I got home I noticed one of the tail-light lens had a crack in it. I called Owen to ask about it and he was upset it had not been replaced before I got there to test drive it. He will be sending me a new tail-light to correct the situation. As long as I do receive it as promised, I will have nothing but great things to say about Williams Honda. Owen was a big help with the sale and even called to be sure I am happy with the purchase. I knew when I opted for Williams Honda a good choice was made; and a recent example of superior customer service needs to be shared with management and corporate.

 Our new cars (since 1970) were always Ford and Chevy from Watkins Glen, NY (our hometown).  After retiring, we needed to retain our '03 Explorer for bad weather but our '95 Ford Contour needed to be replaced.  Months of extensive research led me to a Honda Accord; but with no local Honda dealership.  With the choice of Ithaca or Milan (even further -- about 60 miles away!), and visiting each one, Milan was chosen.  Dennis Sullivan was professional, knowledgeable, and certainly did not attempt to oversell, so he was our salesman of choice.

 On Friday, October 14th, we took the Honda in for a recall which turned into a pleasant, quicker-than-expected visit.  (As a matter of fact, we have continued our habit of taking all vehicles to the dealer for service as we nearly always buy new cars.)  The test came later during a shopping trip to Lowes where I left my keys in our locked Honda during a steady, heavy rainfall.  Thankfully, Dave, from the Water Street Honda answered the phone and my embarassing and unpleasant predicament was remedied in a short time and with a pleasant exchange with Dave and a few helpful hints -- thanks Dave.

 Thank you Williams Honda -- you have a satisfied,life-long customer who will definitely "spread the word".

I was highly skeptical that my Honda Odyssey and I would get along so well; it was only beccause of our 3 boys that I even considered test driving one. But, sure enough, after a few weeks I'm a convert. There's plenty of room for my 3 boys, their stuff, our groceries, and then some. Since that, after safety and gas efficiency, was my main concern I can say I'm happy with all the aspects of my car. Ok, I still think it's a bit long and it's got a few hard to see spots - but that's what you get in car designed to hold so many people so comfortably (and is why I didn't want one to begin with). Fortunately, Honda knew and added a few helpful tools for overcoming them as best as possible. Many thanks to Owen Newkirk who helped me find the right fit for my family and then helped me understand all the new amenities - which helped me love it sooner. Owen did a great job making sure I knew this was a good car for me (and I thank him for all the time he spent with me to answer my hundred, million questions). I have only 1 question for Honda: when are you going to invent automatic doors for the front doors?

I am continually dazzled by little features like ground-lighting to show where you are stepping and rear wipers that come on automatically when you shift into reverse knowing that your front wipers are on. I bought a used 2008 Fit. I love it. With 4 snow and steel rims I'm getting 40 mpg; I was getting 37 on snow covered roads. I'm most impressed with the throttle- this is a very easy engine to control, I have a lot of hills and local driving. I just did my first oil change, and I used Mobil one synthetic 5-20 and used a Honda oil filter. I change oil more often as it's a small price to pay to keep the engine in top shape. I hope to have this a long time.
